Diversity and Inclusion is a big topic I would love more information on. It is a topic I have identified as lacking in experience and knowledge and it was easy to sit and listen to in my own time.
My knowledge and confidence in cultural appropriation ius limited and this gave me the confidence to at least try and embed cultural practices into my learning experiences. It also gave me the confidence to ask questions, particularly of Indigenous peoples for their expert knowledge of our area.

I find the topic Understanding Regulation Challenges very useful especially remembering the tools of connection, safety and role modelling. Some other tools to use such as mindfulness or even circle time in class. It is indeed making each student feel important. My mind soar while listening to the webinar and what I must do with my class especially with those students with ADHD and learning difficulties with the use of journaling and creative expressions. Perhaps, I can make them draw the scenarios that triggered the behaviour? Hence these students hates writing sentences. Thankyou!
